Torre Vector Roble

Architectural and Interior design

Transforming an existing structure without demolition, Vector stands as an adaptation marvel. The new construction gracefully rests atop the previous office building, employing a series of columns to bridge the cable structure and create additional space. Drawing inspiration from banking history, Vector's columns, beams, and roof echo the visual language of vectors, symbolizing innovation in financial processes and investments. This aesthetic not only pays homage to Eduardo Padilla and Matias Goertiz but also reflects Monterrey's industrial, concrete, and innovative culture. The design thoughtfully introduces sculptural Caryatid-like new columns in the expanded areas, creating a roof terrace that not only cools the building but also serves as a vibrant social space. Torre Vector is more than a structure; it's a forward-thinking design that respects the past, prioritizes healthy workspaces, and incorporates contemporary banking aesthetics. With green walls, green roofs, and innovative structural solutions, Vector moves into the future, enhancing functionality and promoting a modern, dynamic work environment.
